Returns Process: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm your request, and once we receive the item, we’ll issue your refund within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).

Once inspected, we’ll notify you when your refund is processed.
Exchanges: Exchanges can be made within 28 days. Additional delivery charges may apply. We'll contact you for payment if necessary before dispatching the new item.
Discounted Orders: Refunds will be based on the price paid with the discount voucher, not the original full price.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If we’ve sent the wrong item or a faulty product, we’ll arrange a free collection and resolve the issue promptly.
Exclusions: Customised items can’t be returned unless faulty. We can’t accept returns on items that are soiled, worn, or missing tags/packaging. For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on opened undergarments unless faulty, provided they have intact hygiene strips and tags.
