3 DAYS / PRACTICAL BUSINESS TRAINING

AI Enablement in Practice

Give your team the knowledge and the practical experience to take AI forward. Across three days, build your skills, design a workflow and work alongside Anivize on a focused pilot with a clear route to implementation.

WHO IT'S FORBusiness owners, team leads and an operational team with a defined process to improve.
THE FOCUSFoundations, applied workflows and an implementation lab.

Day 1 — Understand it. Use it. Check it.

FOUNDATIONS
01MORNING
AI in your working day

Understand what generative AI does, where it helps and where it gets things wrong. Separate useful business tasks from decisions that need human judgement.

Practical task / Map three tasks you do every week and identify where assistance could help.

02MORNING
Choose the right working setup

Compare the role of tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Claude. Discuss your existing software, account settings, permitted data and the practical differences that matter to your team.

Practical task / Create a shortlist based on your tasks, access needs and working environment.

03MORNING
Prompts that give useful results

Learn to set a clear task, supply relevant context, specify the format and improve a result through follow-up questions. Build instructions you can reuse.

Practical task / Turn a vague request into a structured prompt for a real work task.

04AFTERNOON
Documents, email and everyday admin

Practise drafting messages, summarising supplied information, extracting actions and turning notes into clear documents. Learn how to preserve the facts and the intended tone.

Practical task / Create a checked email, summary and action list from a sample business brief.

05AFTERNOON
Accuracy, privacy and good judgement

Spot invented claims, incomplete answers and misleading confidence. Check sources, remove sensitive information and decide when AI output needs review or should not be used.

Practical task / Review a deliberately flawed AI response and create a practical checking checklist.

06AFTERNOON
Your first repeatable AI workflow

Bring the day together in a small, repeatable task with defined inputs, a prompt, a review step and an agreed output. Decide what you will try next.

Practical task / Build your personal prompt pack and a 30-day action plan.

Day 2 — Make it work for your team.

APPLIED WORKFLOWS
01MORNING
Find the work worth improving

Map a process from the first request to the finished output. Identify repeated effort, missing information and handovers. Choose a workflow with a clear owner and a measurable starting point.

Practical task / Draw a current-state process and agree a baseline for time and quality.

02MORNING
Marketing and sales in practice

Develop reusable approaches to research, campaign planning, content briefs, proposals and follow-ups. Build brand guidance into the process and check claims before use.

Practical task / Create a campaign or proposal workflow with a review step and consistent tone.

03MORNING
Operations, reporting and service

Explore document handling, internal updates, customer response drafts and reporting from supplied data. Distinguish calculation from interpretation and check the underlying numbers.

Practical task / Turn a sample operational brief into a structured report and action summary.

04AFTERNOON
Build a shared team toolkit

Create prompt templates, source documents, examples and quality criteria that colleagues can follow. Define the difference between a reusable assistant and an automated process.

Practical task / Build a reusable task brief and a small team prompt library.

05AFTERNOON
Connect a workflow carefully

Understand triggers, actions, approvals and handovers between tools. Explore what can be connected in your environment and where access, licences or development are needed.

Practical task / Design an automation with human approval, error handling and a manual fallback.

06AFTERNOON
Run a team challenge

Work through a relevant scenario together, compare outputs and test whether someone else can follow the process. Improve the instructions and agree next steps.

Practical task / Present a documented workflow, an owner and a prioritised implementation backlog.

Day 3 — Build a pilot. Plan the rollout.

IMPLEMENTATION LAB
01MORNING
Scope a useful pilot

Agree one manageable workflow, its users, inputs and success criteria. Set the boundaries before building and identify dependencies that could prevent a production rollout.

Practical task / Create a pilot brief with clear acceptance criteria and responsibilities.

02MORNING
Build alongside Anivize

Develop an assisted workflow prototype using an agreed toolset and approved or demonstration data. Make the steps visible so your team understands how it works.

Practical task / Build and run a working demonstration of the selected process.

03MORNING
Test the awkward cases

Try incomplete information, unexpected inputs, poor outputs and tool failures. Decide when the system should stop and ask a person rather than continue.

Practical task / Run a test checklist and record failures, fixes and remaining limitations.

04AFTERNOON
Make the handover usable

Document the workflow, access needs, review points and manual fallback. Give the person running it clear instructions rather than relying on a demonstration alone.

Practical task / Produce an operating guide and a named ownership plan.

05AFTERNOON
Bring people with you

Plan how colleagues will learn the process, ask questions and report issues. Define acceptable use, permissions and the checks needed before work reaches a customer.

Practical task / Create a practical adoption plan and a short team briefing.

06AFTERNOON
Measure, decide and move forward

Compare the pilot with the starting point. Review time, accuracy and effort, then decide whether to improve it, extend it or keep the task manual.

Practical task / Present the pilot, findings and a 30/60/90-day rollout roadmap.

What you take away / A demonstrated pilot, test findings, an operating guide and a 30/60/90-day roadmap. Production deployment is scoped separately where further development, access or integration is required.

The agenda is tailored before delivery. Sessions include practical exercises, discussion and breaks. Timing, delivery format, participant numbers and any software requirements are agreed with you in advance.
