OUR RECOMMENDED ROUTE
01 / WORK ALONGSIDE US

Your business.
Our expertise.
One working team.

The strongest starting point is understanding your business properly. Anivize works alongside you to identify where AI can make a useful difference, then helps your team put it into practice. Consultancy, training and implementation come together around the work you need to get done.

From the first conversation
to the everyday workflow.

  • Work on your priorities. Start with the tasks, delays and opportunities that matter to your business.
  • Build with your people. Involve the team who will use the process and make their knowledge part of the design.
  • Connect the right tools. Review your existing systems before adding new software or unnecessary complexity.
  • Keep a clear review point. Define where people check, approve and take responsibility for the output.
  • Leave a usable process. Include documentation, training and ownership so the work can continue after the initial project.
Discuss your business
01

Discover.

Understand your team, customers, current tools and the work you want to improve. Agree what a successful outcome would look like.

02

Prioritise.

Choose a useful first workflow. Assess access, data, cost, effort and risk before committing to a build.

03

Build.

Develop a focused pilot with your team, using approved information and an agreed toolset. Keep the scope manageable.

04

Test.

Check ordinary tasks and awkward exceptions. Measure quality, time and effort, with a clear human review point.

05

Embed.

Document the process, train the people using it and agree who owns access, review and maintenance.

06

Improve.

Review adoption and results. Adjust the workflow and decide which opportunity is worth tackling next.

02 / WHY THIS MATTERS

AI is moving into
everyday business.

The opportunity is growing. The practical question is how your team can use it well. These published figures give context; your own results need to be measured against the work you do.

Different sources describe different populations. Course completions are not a count of unique learners. Industry figures are context, not a forecast of results for an individual business.

03 / WHERE WE CAN HELP

Across the business.
Into the detail.

AI enablement can support the customer-facing work and the processes behind it. We help you choose suitable tasks, design a sensible workflow and establish the checks needed to use the output with confidence.

01 / BUSINESS APPLICATION

AI opportunity audit

We work through how your business operates: where information arrives, who handles it and what happens next. We identify useful opportunities, assess feasibility and prioritise by effort, business value and risk.

Example outcome / A ranked opportunity map with a practical first project.

02 / BUSINESS APPLICATION

Marketing & content

Build processes for research, content planning, campaign briefs, first drafts and repurposing. Keep brand direction, factual checks and editorial approval in the workflow so output remains useful and recognisable.

Example outcome / Turn one approved source into a checked campaign content pack.

03 / BUSINESS APPLICATION

Sales & customer service

Support proposal preparation, enquiry handling, response drafts and follow-up. Give your team relevant context and templates while keeping people responsible for pricing, commitments and customer decisions.

Example outcome / Prepare an enquiry summary and response for a colleague to approve.

04 / BUSINESS APPLICATION

Admin & operations

Reduce repeated handling of documents, notes, requests and internal updates. Define consistent inputs and outputs, then build review and exception handling into the process.

Example outcome / Turn meeting notes into a reviewed action list and project update.

05 / BUSINESS APPLICATION

Reporting & business insight

Organise supplied information, explain trends and draft reports. Use reliable calculations and source checks, with clear separation between the underlying figures and AI-generated interpretation.

Example outcome / Create a reporting workflow with traceable source data.

06 / BUSINESS APPLICATION

Workflow automation

Connect suitable systems and remove unnecessary handovers. We scope triggers, actions, permissions, approval steps, failures and manual fallbacks around the tools you actually use.

Example outcome / Move an approved request into the next system without retyping it.

07 / BUSINESS APPLICATION

Knowledge tools & assistants

Make approved business information easier for your team to find and apply. Scope internal assistants around relevant documents, access boundaries and a clear way to check answers against their sources.

Example outcome / Help colleagues find an approved process and understand the next step.

08 / BUSINESS APPLICATION

Team adoption & governance

Agree how AI should be used, what information is permitted and who checks the work. Build practical guidance, role-specific training and ownership into the rollout.

Example outcome / A usable team playbook with responsibilities and review points.

09 / BUSINESS APPLICATION

Implementation & support

Work alongside Anivize to build, test and introduce the selected solution. Review what people actually use, resolve friction and prioritise the next improvement as your business changes.

Example outcome / A scoped implementation with documentation and ongoing review.

Already using AI, but not seeing a consistent benefit?
We can review your current approach, find the friction and help your team build a more reliable way of working.

05 / PROVE THE VALUE

Measure the work.
See what changes.

Start with a baseline, run a focused pilot and compare the results. A faster draft is only useful if the finished work is accurate and your team can rely on the process.

We help define success before the build, then review the evidence with you. Keep what works, improve what needs attention and make a considered decision about the next step.

07 / THE PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Clear answers.
A confident next step.

What is AI enablement?

AI enablement is the practical work of helping a business use AI effectively. It combines identifying suitable opportunities, choosing tools, building skills, implementing workflows and checking results. At Anivize, the aim is to connect the technology to real work and give the people using it a clear process.

Should we choose a course or an implementation partnership?

Choose a course when the immediate priority is building knowledge and confidence. Choose the implementation partnership when you want help understanding your business, selecting an opportunity and putting it into practice. Training can be included in the partnership so your team learns as the work develops.

Do we need technical knowledge or coding skills?

The foundations and applied courses are designed for business users. We explain the tools in plain English and use practical exercises. For the three-day programme, we agree a suitable pilot and any technical access needed before delivery.

What is the difference between the one-, two- and three-day courses?

The one-day course covers foundations and everyday tasks. The two-day course adds team workflows, reusable templates and automation planning. The three-day programme includes an assisted pilot, testing, documentation and a rollout roadmap. Each programme is tailored to the group and its starting point.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

We start by reviewing your existing software and processes. Tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, ecommerce systems and automation services may form part of the solution. Compatibility, permissions, licences and integration requirements are checked during scoping.

Is this available to businesses in Newport, Cardiff and across South Wales?

Anivize is based in Newport, South Wales. We welcome enquiries from businesses in Newport, Cardiff, across Wales and elsewhere in the UK. Tell us where your team is based so we can agree a suitable remote or in-person delivery format.

How do you handle confidential business information?

We agree which information may be used, who can access it and which tools are appropriate before working with business data. Training can use demonstration or anonymised material. Sensitive information should not be included in the initial enquiry.

Will the three-day course deliver a complete production system?

The implementation lab focuses on a manageable pilot and a clear roadmap. A larger production system may need further development, integration, security review or access. We identify those dependencies and agree any additional implementation work separately.

Can sessions be recorded for our team?

Recorded learning can be discussed as part of your training brief. We agree the format, who may access it and what material can be recorded before the session. Dedicated demonstrations using approved examples can support onboarding and refresher training.

How is a programme quoted?

We discuss your goals, team size, existing tools, delivery format and the amount of implementation support required. You then receive a tailored proposal with the scope, deliverables and any software requirements clearly set out.

How do we know whether AI is helping?

Agree a baseline before the pilot, then compare time taken, quality, rework and adoption. We help define success criteria and review the evidence. A workflow should earn its place through useful results rather than the novelty of using AI.

Do you provide support after training?

Ongoing support can be scoped into an implementation partnership or agreed after a course. This can include workflow reviews, further training, troubleshooting and planning the next improvement. The support arrangements are set out in your proposal.
