Understand your team, customers, current tools and the work you want to improve. Agree what a successful outcome would look like.
Practical AI training, consultancy and implementation. We work alongside your team to find the opportunities, build useful workflows and make AI part of the way your business works.
BUSINESS FIRST. PRACTICAL DELIVERY. PEOPLE AT THE CENTRE.
The strongest starting point is understanding your business properly. Anivize works alongside you to identify where AI can make a useful difference, then helps your team put it into practice. Consultancy, training and implementation come together around the work you need to get done.
Understand your team, customers, current tools and the work you want to improve. Agree what a successful outcome would look like.
Choose a useful first workflow. Assess access, data, cost, effort and risk before committing to a build.
Develop a focused pilot with your team, using approved information and an agreed toolset. Keep the scope manageable.
Check ordinary tasks and awkward exceptions. Measure quality, time and effort, with a clear human review point.
Document the process, train the people using it and agree who owns access, review and maintenance.
Review adoption and results. Adjust the workflow and decide which opportunity is worth tackling next.
The opportunity is growing. The practical question is how your team can use it well. These published figures give context; your own results need to be measured against the work you do.

Want us beside you for the implementation?
The partnership brings training and delivery together around your business. We help with the discovery, build, rollout and the people who will use it.
Start with a baseline, run a focused pilot and compare the results. A faster draft is only useful if the finished work is accurate and your team can rely on the process.
We help define success before the build, then review the evidence with you. Keep what works, improve what needs attention and make a considered decision about the next step.
Discuss recorded sessions as part of your training package. Focused demonstrations, supporting notes and reusable exercises can help colleagues revisit a process and bring new starters up to speed. Recording and access arrangements are agreed before delivery.
A clear introduction to useful tasks, tool selection, prompting and checking the output. A practical starting point for colleagues joining the programme.
Follow a worked example from source information to a checked document, email or action list. See the decisions behind the result.
Walk through inputs, instructions, review and handover. Use approved demonstration material to explain the process without exposing confidential work.
Recognise weak answers, verify sources and understand when to stop and ask a person. Build quality checks into everyday use.
AI enablement is the practical work of helping a business use AI effectively. It combines identifying suitable opportunities, choosing tools, building skills, implementing workflows and checking results. At Anivize, the aim is to connect the technology to real work and give the people using it a clear process.
Choose a course when the immediate priority is building knowledge and confidence. Choose the implementation partnership when you want help understanding your business, selecting an opportunity and putting it into practice. Training can be included in the partnership so your team learns as the work develops.
The foundations and applied courses are designed for business users. We explain the tools in plain English and use practical exercises. For the three-day programme, we agree a suitable pilot and any technical access needed before delivery.
The one-day course covers foundations and everyday tasks. The two-day course adds team workflows, reusable templates and automation planning. The three-day programme includes an assisted pilot, testing, documentation and a rollout roadmap. Each programme is tailored to the group and its starting point.
We start by reviewing your existing software and processes. Tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, ecommerce systems and automation services may form part of the solution. Compatibility, permissions, licences and integration requirements are checked during scoping.
Anivize is based in Newport, South Wales. We welcome enquiries from businesses in Newport, Cardiff, across Wales and elsewhere in the UK. Tell us where your team is based so we can agree a suitable remote or in-person delivery format.
We agree which information may be used, who can access it and which tools are appropriate before working with business data. Training can use demonstration or anonymised material. Sensitive information should not be included in the initial enquiry.
The implementation lab focuses on a manageable pilot and a clear roadmap. A larger production system may need further development, integration, security review or access. We identify those dependencies and agree any additional implementation work separately.
Recorded learning can be discussed as part of your training brief. We agree the format, who may access it and what material can be recorded before the session. Dedicated demonstrations using approved examples can support onboarding and refresher training.
We discuss your goals, team size, existing tools, delivery format and the amount of implementation support required. You then receive a tailored proposal with the scope, deliverables and any software requirements clearly set out.
Agree a baseline before the pilot, then compare time taken, quality, rework and adoption. We help define success criteria and review the evidence. A workflow should earn its place through useful results rather than the novelty of using AI.
Ongoing support can be scoped into an implementation partnership or agreed after a course. This can include workflow reviews, further training, troubleshooting and planning the next improvement. The support arrangements are set out in your proposal.
Tell us where your business is now and what you would like to improve. We'll help you decide whether an implementation partnership, team training or a focused first project is the right place to start.
Every proposal is tailored to your business. Scope, delivery and software requirements are agreed before work starts.
